Paradise Pictures Lost to Wild Fire

On Thursday afternoon June 12, 2008, the manufacturing facility and California offices of Paradise Pictures, LLC “the Company” were lost in Northern California’s Humboldt Fire.

Employees were able to successfully execute the Company’s disaster plan and removed all historical archives, customer records and photographs, most of its data processing equipment and certain propriety manufacturing technology during the mandatory evacuation.

Management and the Partners held a meeting Saturday June 14, 2008 in a new temporary office and committed to the goal of resumed operations within 90-120 days. The Company will most likely be relocated in Chico California. The mailing address remains the same: PO Box 3190, Paradise, California 95967-3190. Physical deliveries have been re-routed to our temporary offices.

Some employees will resume work Monday June 16, 2008 to process uncompleted orders and return them and related deposits to its customers. The Company expects its phone lines to be transferred to the new location and be operational by the end of business Tuesday June 17, 2008. In the meantime, voice mail is operational and the Company’s customers are encouraged to leave a voice mail if they have questions and calls will be promptly returned.

The Partners and Employees thank all of our customers for the business they have given us over the last seventeen years. We all deeply appreciate the loyalty our customers have bestowed upon us. While we understand that our customers will have to source Memorial Portraits elsewhere while we are rebuilding, we hope our customers will rejoin us when we resume operations.

Thank you for your business.
